I am going to be swapping out my rear shocks this weekend because one of them is blown...i did a search for some writeups and URLs but didnt find any really good ones

can someone help me out with a write up link or a list of the tools i will need to do this....it will be my first time to change out shocks on any car so should be fun

Very very very simple. Unscrew two bolts on the top, one on the bottom. Replace shock. Put bolts back on. Its helps to have another person to hold the shock in place at the top while you screw in the bottom and vice versa.

yep, rears are very simple. Just uncover the shock towers in the trunk, lift the car up, unbolt the shock from the top and bottom (3 bolts total) and then move the shock mount from the old one to the new one (assuming it's still good, which it may not be, so be prepared). Then do the reverse. That's it.

The fronts are much more involved.
