Wtb: E46 M3

I am looking to purchase an E46 M3. Exterior color isnt very important, interior color - Black, Cinnamon or Red (no grey).

I would like the car to have:

Under 60,000 miles
MUST be 6SPD (no SMG's)
MUST be a coupe
Power/Heated seats
Navigation
02+ (or if '01, must have the widescreen navi retro'd)

CPO'd preferred but not mandatory.

thats perfect timing. that will give me enought time to sell my E36M3.
from color combo alone, im interested, but still depends on price and options. i see you track it, so if you got the lightweight then imo have to backoff, as they dont have the options i want. besides im already on the track with my zx6r.

I have a 2003 M3 Coupe in NJ that i was thinking about selling
if you are interested here are the specs...

Exterior - Carbon Black
Interior - Cinnamon
Mileage - 29,xxx
Power/Heated Seats
Xenon Headlights
Everything is OEM
Wheels - 19" oem and are 100% perfect with 4 new tires
I had the Ipod kit installed at the dealer
brakes oil changes and all that good stuff are covered by the dealer until 50,000
This car also has the CPO warranty until 100,000 miles

As for the autotrader links, thanks for posting those as well! I check autotrader and cars.com regularly, and have contacted almost every one you listed (except for the $47k one - no way for that). The $33k '02 is sold, the '01 Im not big on the small screen navi, and the other one I spoke to the dealer about at one point and didnt get a good vibe. I know, I'm picky!

2002 M3 - 6-speed
has the stats you want minus navigation (which you can retrofit) and come out ahead with the aggressive price, since vehicle includes CPO and extended maintenance to 100K / April 2008. Vehicle has 63K miles on it.

News, there is a really nice fellow selling his 04 m3 in delaware for a really great price ($41,500 OBO). Here's a link to photo's of the car, I think it has about 30k miles on it, but im not sure.
