Cost of new CC,oem exhaust, and muffler?

Anyone know what this might run at a Midas or other similar shop. My wifes 92 325I exhaust is just too loud for her. A mechanic at a local indy told me it was just and old 325i exhaust and pretty normal for one that old. I think the Catalytic converter might be old and clogged also so I figured I should get it out of the way while I am doing the exhaust.
