198k miles
oil change w/ filter every 5k (doesn't burn a single once)
well maintained (receipts of the maintenance performed + I write down the milage at which it is performed)
clean title
full obc (no dead pixels)
alpine cd head unit
powered sport seats in very good condition
5 speed manual
91 gas only
owner manuals and stuff
keyless entry + alarm / spare keys
no leaks
everything is working (obc, ac, sunroof, seats etc)

Have a couple of extra new parts for preventive maintenance sitting too (guibo, tranny mounts etc) but those on the car are looking good so far.

oem m3 bumper
bmw moulding/ license plate holder moulding
paint matched side skirts
(original airbox + filter, fan, pulleys, headlights, 15' bottle caps etc available)


As it is a 10 years old car, everything is not perfect, I'm going to try to disclose as much as I know, hoping it won't scare you away :stickoutt

The bad :

.many rock chips up (mainly up front) expected from these highway driving miles
.sunroof liner is off it's rack, it moves freely. Easy fix but I just didn't want to mess with the sunroof since it's working great.
.factory window tint not is the best shape (passenger window + bubbles at the bottom end of rear windshield)
. not sure how to describe this one. When going in reverse the clutch makes some noise/shake while releasing the clutch pedal. I was told by my mechanic that it's likely to be related with the 'clutch pivot bearing'. Since the labor to replace it is consequent, I decided to leave it and want to have it replaced along with the clutch when it goes out. It is still functioning just fine though.
