I know I know, stupidity.

What are my options for getting half that nut out. The only thing I can think of it using some epoxy and unscrewing it after a few hours.

WHat other options are there

If you have atleast 1/4 inch of it sticking out past the hub, you can get a bolt extractor kit (I had to get one from sears for about $30 when I broke head stud when swapping my exhaust manifold). If not, then drill it out. PB blaster possibly also.

A drill and easy out sounds like your best bet. I did the same thing with an Oil pan plug a month ago and it was easy to fix although i assume a lug nut would be on much tighter

What size drill should I use? The bolt is 12mm I think. So I should use something slightly smaller than that?

the biggest you can get in it, without damaging any of the threads on the hub. I had to do this once, and went real slow and started with a smaller bit.

Just a thought.
If you can get the other lug-bolts off, and remove the wheel. Then remove the disc (removing the retaining screw first) wouldn't that give you enough remaining bolt exposed to get a vice-grip/pipewrench on ?
