Splicing City Lights

I searched and searched, and found that the wire for my city lights needs to be spliced into the corner lights...but which wire? All help is appreciated, sorry if I missed the thread that addressed this.

Clockwise:
Pin 1 = Ground @ 12 O'Clock
Pin 2 = City Light @ 3 O'Clock
Pin 3 = Low Beam @ 6 O'Clock
Pin 4 = High Beam @ 9 O'Clock

Ground = Brown or Black
City Light = Grey or White
Low Beam = Yellow or Green
High Beam = White or Red

I've been misunderstood. I need to know where the city light goes to if i want them to work. I understand the pnp plug since my headlights have been on my car for some time now.

The grey city light wire needs to be spliced into a wire on the corner lights. I need to know which wire to splice it into. Thanks for the help anyways plasha!

On mine they are grey/purple and grey/yellow I believe. I followed this for my halos:
