Suspension maintenance

I'm about to replace the RTABs and the front Control Arms Bushings, I'm not doing that myself and the labour cost of taking that stuff apart and putting it back is way higher than the cost of the parts themselves, so I'm thinking since I'm doing this anyway I would as well do the rest of the suspension (any thing that wears out with time), my car is a 1995 325is with sports package and 145,000Km (around 95K miles).

Any recommendations?
Also is there a set of recommended brands for Bushings I should look for, the guy who is doing it told me it's a good OEM aftermarket that is the same as the one from BMW but it's BMW branded.

Did the front control arm bushings on a 94 325 about a year ago and the rear bushings this past weekend. I used "powerflex" urethane offset bushings on the front. Removal involved using two 3/8" segments of all thread and a piece of pipe that went through one of the holes in the control arm. There is a DIY article on it here. Pretty straight forward. The Urethane bushing pressed in easily with a bench vice and a little persuasion with a mallet. Total cost of the front was about $100.

The rears are a bit more time consuming. Again used a DIY "getto" method found in the DIY section. The only thing I did differently was "saw" a slit in the exterior aluminium shell before prying out with a screwdriver. When installing with the "getto" rig made up of 2" pipe caps and 7/16" all thread I tried to skimp on the all thread and use 3/8". Stripped the sh** out of it. 7/16" took about 20 sec. to draw in with an air impact wrench. First side took me about 2 hours second side about 35 min. It's not beyond someone with basic skill and a good set of metric wrenches/sockets, and a bit of free time.

Forgot, rear bushings were 96 m3 purchased from Bavarian auto again under$100.
