Help me help my mother... Please..

I haven't looked at it yet, but she seems to have a problem with the low beam on one of her lights. She took it to the dealer once already for this and they told her that one of the connections was corroded and needed to be cleaned. Well, they did that, and it's acting up again.

I haven't looked at her light assembly yet so i'm not sure what it entails. Does anyone know any writeups that show how to remove and diagnose headlight problems?
