Naked girls.. jk.. emissions question

:mad im throwin a code for an exhaust flap. i had no clue about this, but apparently 328's come with this butterfly on the right exhaust outlet that closes it at some point. i have a ti with a 328 motor and a flowmaster 50's series wtf am i supposed to do to get rid of that code? its throwin me a check engine light. pfffffffffffft. i really dont want a stock 328 exhaust anywhere near my car.

There is a diy somewhere on how to remove the flap... I would imagine they have some trick to silence the CEL also?
