No, I won't be taking it on the highway. It's just a grocery getter. Don't even think it's legal, isn't 125cc the minimum?

actually you need a motorcycle license for that man. 50cc is the min.. mine is 49.5 cc

Man those things are just like Ducattis man..Italian bikes arent cheap to keep-dunno about their scooter though.
I love euro bikes but I'ma end up with a Ninja 650R before long

How are you going load a weeks worth of groceries on that thing? It's nice, though.. I don't think you'd get a good enough speed with your groceries on that thing..

I have a 92 honda elite 50. I only get like 60-70mpg. Its not legal on a road with a speed limit higher than 35. I believe 125cc is the highway limit.
In Texas you dont have to take a motorcycle test to drive a 50cc. You just have to walk in and take a short written test. Ive had it 4 years and havent bothered to do that yet though. I was pulled over by a cop a month ago and I just told the cop that you just had to have a regular car license to drive it and he believed me.....however he did write me a ticket for no insurance, no inspection, and no registration......I always wondered how long I could go without all that.
