What are the signs of a leaky valve cover gasket and how easy is it to fix. I know the gasket is cheap($18)but i'm def. a noob so could I perform the fix on my own?

Lots of topics on this, should be pretty easy. I'm going to be doing this myself in a few weeks and use the tutorial at pelicanparts. You can find the link at bimmerdiy.com
