I am selling my 2000 Cosmos Black BMW M Roadster with 46K miles. I have updated it with the following items:
1. a Ron Stygar clutch kit,
2. UUC CDV delete hose,
3. M50 manifold (Eurosport adapter kit and installed by Berkeley Motor Works,
4. Rogue Engineering Short Shift Kit,
4. Leather Z Alcantara boots and Aluminum shift knob,
5. 18" rims off of a new E46 M3 (8" front and 9" rear) - the buyer wanted 19s and so I picked these up brand new - the tires have about 4k miles on them,
6. Z8 chrome washer nozzles,
7. BMW Roundel on trunk and M logo on rear filled in for a very clean rear end.
8. Finally, I replaced the distortion prone factory stereo with an awesome stereo - 2 Zapco amps (one a reference series and one a competition series), Denon/Rockford Fosgate headunit, RS Audio carbon fiber and Dynaudio speakers - the stereo is clear at 80mph with the top down! The stereo has an ipod/mp3 line in and the work was all done by Frank's Auto Stereo in Berkeley - not a homemade hack job.

The car has never been in an accident, tracked or autocrossed. I am a tax attorney and the previous owner was a dentist so not a real racer crowd. The previous owner had all regular maintenance done by the dealer and I have had all mechanical work either done by the dealer (for warranty items) and Berkeley Motor Works in Albany, California. I have had the car regularly checked for trunk floor pan cracking (a common problem) and it does not have any - probably due to the easy driving that it has had.

My asking is $22,500.
