1978 BMW 530I. 116,5xx original miles. Silver on red leather interior, black dash, wood trim. 3.0 liter in-line 6 cylinder mated to a 4 speed manual gearbox. Power window, door locks, sunroof, steering. Tons of maintenance records dating back to 1990 and lots of maintenance/repairs performed in the last year (only drove it 2k miles!):

• New belts
• All new coolant/heater hoses & clamps
• New updated waterpump and fan clutch
• Lower temp thermostat
• New temperature switch
• Oil change w/ factory filter and Castrol GTX
• Redline oil in both differential and transmission
• New intake boot
• Air filter
• Valves adjusted
• All new brakes:
(calipers, discs, pads, stainless steel brake lines) on 3 of 4 corners
• New brake master and clutch slave cylinders
• Newly recored/rebuilt radiator in April.
• New Alpine MP3/CD head unit and speakers
• Haynes repair manual included

The bad: Cooling system needs attention. Although a new part, the fan clutch is weak and the car needs to be topped with coolant bi-monthly to subdue overheating symptoms.
Cheap respray is badly faded. Leather has some cracks and splits. Some power door locks and one window motor do not work correctly.

Price: $1150 w/out CD headunit. $1350 w/ CD.

Wow!! Great looking car. Why are you selling it? That would be a fun car to own, garage and take out on nice weekends. How does it drive?

Good luck with the sale.

Any rust on the car? Is it currently drivable? How recent are all the pictures?

Thanks for the compliments. Selling it because my E36 is getting neglected with all the work that's gone into this one. Car drives well, aside from the occasional sputter and the sporatic overheating. Pictures were taken near the beginning of this year.
