I am interested in purchasing an e46 sedan. Specifications are as follows:

-4 door (ie. sedan)
-Good to excellent condition
-Maintenance records
-Manual transmission preferred
-Xenon headlights preferred

-Colors:
*Blue
*Silver/Gray
*Black
*Others considered, but above is preferred

-Located in the following states:
*Indiana
*Illinois
*Michigan
*Ohio
*Wisconsin
*Pennsylvania
*Will consider others for the right car

I am open to options/packages on the car. Minor modifications are acceptable. Prefer OEM wheels, but would consider aftermarket.

I'd be willing to drive around 200 miles for the right car.

As far as vehicle mileage, I'm more interested in a well maintained car with higher mileage than a no/few service records car with lower mileage. I'm thinking up to 120,000 miles maximum.

I'm looking to spend up to about $28,000.
