I am looking at a 1995 m3 daytona violet it has 99k dinan intake is the only mod in good shape runs good but front seats are a bit worn what should i offer this person

I would say around $13-14. It is hard to say with out knowing more about it. Does he have service records? Clean CarFax? How does it look? Is he the first owner, if not how many have there been? I say pay closer to $13.

I say start with an offer of 10k. Seen much better than a '95 with 99k on the clock go for $13. But again, depends on the condition.

M3s on bimmerforums for some reason go way over KBB value. I am looking to buy one but there is no way in hell I am overpaying. I don't see why anyone would pay 13k for a 95 M3, when you see 99s sell for 16k.
