Hamann PG2's in this size with these tires:

Wheels: 18x8.5 ET38mm fronts with 18x9 ET44mm rears
Tires: Fronts are 225/35-18 and rears are 255/35-18

Will 18x9's fit in the rear of an E36 M3 with that tire size without rolling the fenders? Or will I have to roll the fenders? The fronts will fit fine without any fender modifications, correct? My suspension is completely stock

I'm sure they will both fit since you have stock suspension

Yes it will. But I wouldnt buy that used set for over $3000. There are places that would sell you new 18" pg2s for $3100 with tires. Used 18" pg2's with decent tires should be around 2 g's.

Actually, I was looking on the net yesterday, and I saw that 18" PG2's with tires are usually around $3500, $3400, and around there. I am getting these for $2000, which I think is a great price. I thought it was an amazing price when I saw it, considering that they are in good shape. The front tires have about 50% tread, and the rears have about 80% tread.
