1991 525i hunter green, auto, 200k, sweet clean interior, slight rust on bottom of doors paint is good clean title.

only problem is oil leak 1 quart every 4000 miles?

asking $2250

what do you think?

NO, I wouldn't. I had an auto and as I learned more about it I discovered how the Auto Transmissions are weak and prone to breaking. Therefore I was constantly worried about it. The price is good if the tranny holds up, but if not then the car is almost worthless. Also, I believe 91 is before the Vanos engine came out which means that car is very slow. At first you will say you don't care but it will catch up to you in a couple weeks.

Oh, last thing. After that 525i I had I got an E36 325i and it is way more fun to drive. It cruises awesome on the highway also. The only thing is I got that dreaded auto again and am just waiting for the tranny to blow. So, a manual E36 would be a great find. You can find decent 92-94's in the $3000 - $4000 range.

yea manual is a must now for me, autos are way to boring
i need to get these diesels off my hands (great cars, just too old) and finally get a bimmer
