M50 manifold + 3.46LSD = ???

Anyone has this setup? Or has had experience with this setup?

Will the 3.46 LSD help out compensate for the "loss of torque down in the rpm" associated with M50 manifold swap (due to rpm shift)?

I've had that setup. It definately helps. I really prefer the stock manifold for a street car though.
