I am selling a set of 17x8 Forgeline LS rims and a guy with a 1994 mercedes c280. I had my rims on my 95 M3 but I dont know if they will fit his car.

How do I measure the rims?

Usually the offset # is stamped on the inside of the wheels.
It's kind of hard to measure the offset of a wheel accurately. Basically you have to find the center of the wheel and then measure how far out the inside mounting point is. that distance in mm is the offset.

Kevin-

Offset is the distance between the mounting surface of the wheel and the centerline of the wheel. Check this out
