WTB CARB Legal Intake

Got Pulled over by a Old fart cop and he was training a HOT young rookie Blonde.... So he threw me threw the ringer :( Long story short I Need to get a carb legal intake because I need to go tot the state Reff.

I think ECIS and Dinan are your only options for CARB legal intakes

I've got an ECIS intake, but I don't have a carb sticker....let me know if this will work.

I just got off the phone with teh state reffs office. The intake has to have the carb sticker :( .... The Crappy thing is, I've gotten intake tickets before and the cop would write it up so that any cop would sign it off and it would cost me $10... this cop wrote it up so that I have to go to the state reff and it costs $38. He wrote me up for everything he could Inake, "loud" exhaust, No front Plate and tined windows. I think he stopped there because he ran outta room on the ticket. He also had a cute Blonde Rookie with him and it seemed like he was tryin to flex those pork muscles. AND after he wrote me up he told me that I had a nice "ride" and that he's never seen a bmw "tricked" out before..... I had SO many comments but just bit my lip......

Thanks for the offers on the stock air box. I'm gonna try to get a carb legal intake first but If i can't get my hands on one I'll hit you guys up. My appointment with the state reff is on the 28th. I'll get back to you guys before then.

No problem. Good luck with that! I know how it is... One day I thought it would be fun to drive the car you see in my sig on the street. I got pulled over doing 60 on the freeway (5 under the limit) the cop accused me of going to the street races and did a few shady things. When I took the car to the smog reff he had no idea what was and was not stock on the car. I had obveously put as much under the car back to stock but he still had no idea what was going on. Oh yeah did I mention that he didn't even show up to the first apointment that I had schedueled 30 miles away. Well needless to say the reff did not know his dick from a down pipe so they sent me back to court (120 miles away which I had go three freeking times to see a judge) they ended up throwing out my case because there was to much stuff that did not make sense and instead the judge decided to just slap me with a $1,300 civil fine....
