Guys,

I need to sell my car ASAP due to too many bills to pay :( my lost is your gain.

* 1997 BMW 528i w/ 5 speed manual transmission
* Color is Metallic green (looks silver at night) with black interior (exterior/interior is about a 7 or 8 out of 10)
* 18” M5 replica wheels w/ Yokohama AVS dB S2 tires w/ about 85% thread left
* M5 grills
* Aftermarket radio: Avic-N1 DVD Navigation System w/ one 10” Kicker Solobaric Sub (system is powered by 2 very high end AMPS professionally installed)
* HIDs

HISTORY of the car…

I bought the car about 2 years ago with 172K miles and now it has 185K. Yes it has very high mileage, but the car still can handle a lot more. We all know BMWs last forever and their engines are the best. As you can tell I've only put about 13K miles on the car, that's because I've only used it on weekends since day one.

Last year I upgraded it's suspension (professionally installed) with H&R Sport Springs w/ Koni Adjustable shocks, car still feels nice and comfortable with a very nice drop (about 2" lower) makes the car look really sporty which also makes the car handle way better than stock. Then installed an aftermarket stereo system that sounds nice, LOUD and clear “Pioneer Avic-N1, 10” SoloBaric and 2 amps” (everything top of the line).

Now the negative, w/out any bullSh*t:

• Front bumper has a little crack but I have a replacement bumper that just needs to be painted and installed.
• Fog lights are darken out
• Engine seems to have a little noise (bad lifter maybe?) but still performs like normal and I haven’t had any issues ever since I bought it.
• Other than that, you must see/drive the car to realize this is the one for you.

Email me at skorpiond@gmail.com with any questions or requesting any detailed pictures if needed or let me know when and where you would like to meet to see the car. I live in Manhattan, but I usually visit Brooklyn & Queens.

Do you have a maintenance history for the time that you have owned the vehicle? Did the previous owner keep such records as well, and if so do you have them?

I have maintance history of the car from the previous owner, but I don't have any maintenance records since I've had it other than invoices of the parts i've bought. Only did 3 oil changes to the car with syntetic oil, changed fuel filter once & changed spark plugs.

I will take pictures of the seats and carpets, but wouldn't it be much easier to see them in person? :D

For an engine to have 185K miles and still running strong, you can tell it has been well maintained. Don't know the details of what has been done to the engine.

if it wasn't for the 1500 miles between us... I'd come look at them.

also, as the buyers agent, I'd insist on having a dealer or licensed indi shop diagnose the engine noise.

could be nothing, could put the car in "part-car" territory. jsut don't know.
