Up for sale is my '03 330I with performance package. The car currently has 50,700 miles on the clock, 85% of that milage is highway. Its in very good conditions with just few minor rock chips on the front bumper due to highway use. The main reason why i'm selling it is because I'm trying to get out of debt.
Here is the list of things that have been addressed before the warranty ran out:
-Brand new brakes
-Brand new clutch assy.
-Both front window regulators
-Front control arm bushings
-Sunroof clips
-Brand new head unit - this one plays MP3s, it was standard on e46s '04+
-Steering wheel has been replaced with 2nd gen. M3 wheel with color stiching.
-4k RPM lag was removed - BMW of Dallas sent of the DME to BMW NA for reprogramming.
I have all the books,CDs,VHS tape and receipts for all the work that has been performed.
Here is some more info on particular options:

What are the factory options and packages... the stuff listed about is standart on all '03 330i's.
Obviosuly ZHP perfomance package, what else?
No cold weather package from what I see on pics.
What individual options do you have?
All should be listed on your window sticker.
Interested in a nice '01 325i?
Steel gray with tanin red interior, 5-spd, PP, HK, folding rear seat, heated seats, ZHP springs, konis, 17 sport wheels off '03 325i, clears, tints, M3 strut tower bar, clean car, very well maintained, almost as much power as a 328.
I'm tempted. I have a 98 M3/4 5spd in Houston. The car has been fastidiously maintained by myself and the most reputable mechanics in Houston, no money spared.
How much do you owe on the ZHP? What's your budget for the M3? Maybe we can work something out.

Question, if you are trying to get out of debt, why would you trade with someone? Why not sell it and get a less expensive vehicle, then get back into BMW's when your a little bit more stable? Or is the debt not that bad? Don't mean to pry thats just the first thing that poped into my head. Good luck with the sale.

the debt is not that bad, in fact i'm not in a hurry to sell the car either. If it sells, it sells, if not i'll figure another way out of the debt, but at this point this is my first option.

It's amazing how fast these things lose their value. I am perplexed to why people think most BMWs hold their value really well, in fact most don't. Good luck bratan. I sold my zhp late summer. Bump for a good vehicle.

they dont loose their value, in fact, in few years its going to become what e36 M3 is right now. A lot of people will want a ZHP over a standard 330. The reason I'm selling it this low is because I need to get out of the loan, I made a mistake by buying this car. Being only 19 in school, working part time job and having a $25k loan on my neck has thought me a good lesson in life.
I'm not really in hurry to sell it, if it goes, it goes, if not I have absolutely nothing to loose since I've replaced pretty much everything on it that can potentially go wrong before 100k while it was under warranty. Unlike about 80% of e36 M3s which are raged out by now, this car only needs oil changes, gas, a set of tires once a year and little things here and there.

they dont loose their value.
Interesting.....
New price in 03 40 grand
Avg asking price for a 50K mile 03 is about 25 grand
Add it up and what do you get!!!! A $15K+ loss in 4 years. Yep, no depreciation there. And trust, that car will never appreciate. Why would it? Is it rare? No, BMW made tens of thousands of them. It will be a $10K E46 just like the others in 5 yrs.
