WTB: e36 M3 sedan around Memphis, TN

Looking for a good M3 sedan. Can be a 5 speed or auto. Would prefer to have black, white, or estorial blue. No yellow please.

Interior must be in good shape and all service records is a big plus. Trying to find one under 100k mileage.

Prefer a car within a reasonable driving distance of Memphis, TN.

I have a 1997 M3 Sedan, Black/Black, Auto with 54,000 miles on it in Like New condition. Asking $17,900. I am located in Michigan, but would be willing to help out with delivery of the vehicle to Memphis.

Car has upgrades:

Stromung Exhaust, Jim Conforti Intake, Jim Conforti Shark-Injector chip, Rouge Engineering under drive pulley kit, with 17" SSR GT2 staggered wheels and all new MB Quartz speakers.
