Carbon fiber shift knobs like the stock BMW shifter..... do they still exist?

I remember Bekkers used to carrry carbon fiber shift knobs that were the exact same shape as the stock BMW shift knob (i like the stock shape).

However, it has been extremely difficult to find them lately.... anyone know where and if they still exist?
