I have seen some info on the web about making cheap boost controllers from brass plumbing parts. It uses a spring and a ball bearing to create a valve. Does anyone have any info. on how to do this? I understand the basic concept, and I already have a boost guage. I know this is crude, but I just want to be making "stock" boost.
I have a Garret turbo which is producing 8 PSI. Stock boost is around 11 PSI.
