WTB: E36 M3 in VA

I'm looking for an E36 M3 in good condition in Virginia. Must be a 5 speed, preferably not luxery package. Preferably under 100,000 miles. I would like a '95, but it doesn't necessarily have to be. Needs to have been taken care of and in good condition inside and out. Preferably stock, but tasteful mods are ok. Looking for cars up to about $17,000.
