I am asking $6500

The car has these upgrades:
* Dinan stage 2 suspension
* CAI With K&N filter
* Dinan Chip
* New e39 M5 wheels with Brand new Bridgestone SO3's on it.
* E34 M5 big brake kit with Hawk pads (less then 2k on them)
* Stainless Brake lines

Replaced recently

* Both half shafts
* Drive shaft
* TPS
* Throttle cable
* Clutch slave and master cylinder
* Ignition wires
* Cap and rotor
* Spark plugs
* Rear sub-frame bushings
* Headers
(more I just can not think of all of it now)

It has an awia mp3/cd player in dash with a 600w amp and orion 12' woffer in trunk.

The car needs:

New exhaust system from the cat back. I was holding out for a supersprint system but now I decided to sell the car.

It does need the valves shimmed but she drives very well. I purchased the car about 5 years ago. It was keyed before I purchased it and the marks have never really bothered me. Most people do not even notice them unless I tell them. It does have some e28 rust spots on the bottom of the rear passenger doors. If you have any questions please contact me.

no. I had them with snow tires, but once I got the new wheels I decided not to drive it in the winter.

There are 157,000 miles on her. The bad news. The number 4 cylinder is not firing at idle. It has 25 psi in the chamber. I am going to see exactly what is wrong with her. The weird thing is she still runs like a raped date. It could be a sticky valve, broken valve spring, or a couple of bad valves. If it is the valves she will need 2500 to 3k worth of work. It is really unfortunate because everything else on the car is almost new. she does have some rust on her in the usual e28 spot on the bottom of the rear doors. I have also replaced the intank fuel pump about 4k ago.
