I just wish I knew how to read a compressor map. :confused
5psi at the bottom of the map, would be laggy on 3.2L....

can you explain how you "see" that? Ive read the "how to read compressor maps" sticky several times but for whatever reason I still cant read them on my own.

Sure can:
You would need the turbine efficiency chart to really do it in detail but for an eyeball we can look at it like this.
The compressor will only produce 5psi at a mass flow rate of ~14lb/min (200cfm). Thats not a big increase in power if we have a 3.2L engine at 3,800 RPM. So in theory we would have a 14% power increase at this point.

ok, where are you getting these numbers from? I see 200 cfm, and 2.0pr is approx 14.7 psi so i guess 1.4 is around 5psi........... wjere do rpm's and displacement come into play?
