What's the other option besides Geba? IIRC there are two primary water pump suppliers, no?

You did replace the seal right? Any chance that the seal is faulty rather than the water pump?

that blows. I hate dealing with coolant, but sometimes you gotta.

IIRC the seal comes together with the pump

I believe someone else had an issue with the seal that came with the pump - he used an OEM seal I believe and the problem was solved.

I don't know about Geba but I just did the entire cooling system and used HEPU. Beautiful WP.
Easy to install and bone dry so far.

this isn't roadfly where they block other sites. you can say bimmerboard.com here... hell, you can even do a link (please do).

:D

i used OEM seal and it still leaked. it's at the pulley side that's leaking. what a POS pump. too bad though, it did look rather robust and built well but only goes to show, it's not how it looks, it's how it works and Geba just doesn't.
