h ratings on hed lights?

can some one give me a lecture or a link to one on hed lights bulbs. what are the different h ratings (h1...) and what are some other ratings to look for when buying lights.

you're confusing terminology i think

h1/h7 etc are different bulb size/types... you have to use the one your light/shell requires...

as for the HID, they're rated in "K"... which is temperature in kelvin which gives a particular color and light coverage...
