Anyone sporting these?
Where did you get them from?
How much were they?

Are they really that comfy? I want the ones from BavAuto.

Sheepskin covers are pimp. I don't think they would be that comfortable tho. IMO.

They're expensive and I need to justify buying them. I hear they are very comfy.

Yeah, I hear that they are "cool in the summer and warm in the winter."
I also here that if you get poorly made ones they can mess up your leather. I think your supposed to get ones that are lined with something.

i have the ones from Bav.Auto. They are pretty comfy, but completely inappropriate for "spirited" driving. You can't sink into the seat too well with them.
They are pretty pimp. Maybe too pimp for me. They have been sitting in a closet for a long time now.

I ordered mine for my 2002 M3 from RamsHead (http://ramsheadusa.com/gallry26.html). After talking to several companies and looking over the samples/color selection (http://ramsheadusa.com/colors.html), RamsHead had the best fit for the sports seats and high quality pelts.
My reasons for getting them was 1st, protect the leather seats and 2nd they are VERY confortable! The South West desert summers are a pain at times with temps hitting 120 degrees at times. The black leather does have a tendency to get hot, sheep skins really help!
The fonts are already in the car, but they haven't completed a patern for the rear e46 M3 seats yet. I'm still waiting on those covers.

I've heard good stuff about Ramshead. Todd Campbell (fellow 993 enthusiast) told me about them over a year ago. I must have forgotten or something.
$659 (price code d supernatural) is like $200 more than the other spots I was checking out... but I guess its worth it right?
I requested a sample of their tan colors so I'm probably going to go with them.
Later,
Tom

Compare RamsHead's samples to the other places samples, request them from other companies. After comparing, you'll see why I went with RamsHead.
