Ok, so ive been collecting all my parts for my front m3 bumper. when i bought it well, thats all i got. I already have the moldings, and brake ducts.

I'm missing the front lip and those "porkchops?" side supports (#21,27).

my question is do i really need those parts?

I mean, i guess i can go without the lip, but how about those side support things? are they the same as stock 325i side supports? what parts are reuseable from the stock front bumper?

any help would be appreciated :)

i just did a m3 bumper on my car. You need m3 ducts and m3 impact strips thats it everything else will fit. It takes about 30 mins to do the whole thing. Easiest bumper install ever.

those porkchop things, (21 and 27) were useable from my 328 so i cant see them being different on your car.

yeah their push in clips. When you look at them take a small alan wrench. Push out the center of them and the pin will fall out the back, then the clip will come right out without breaking it. Do this for all the clips, then reinstall it on the new bumper, put the clip in first then push the center in. I have to use a hammer and alittle bit to push the center of the clip in.

Unless you hit the bottom of the bumper they generally don't break.
You might want to use large fender washers wherever there are screws.
You can also double up using wire ties by making holes in the adjoining pieces.
