lighting question

when i turn on my headlights one of my corner lights seems to be burnd out but 30 sec. later or so it comes on. what can it be?

it may not be fully in the corner lamp.... or a wire is loose... the clips for the corner lamp socket have 2 tiny clips that need to clip no two pieces that jut out on the actual housing itself
