How much do you think my 328is is worth?

I have a 1997 328is 5spd Black with Black leather. I bought it last year with about 155xxx miles on it and it now has 165xxx miles on it. I have put a cold air intake on it and a remus exhaust system on it as well. Slightly modded just for a better sound :) Might be putting a shark injector on it here pretty soon as well. I've got some older pictures before i put the remus exhaust on it.

i got my exhaust for a little bit below 300. I don't usually like ebay but found one brand new for under 300 and decided to snag it. Man it sounds beautiful. Second gear is my favorite :) The reason I'm asking about selling and how much I could get for it is because I'd like to work this summer and make some money to try to buy an e30 M3 or possibly an e36 m3
