Well, I called Bimmersouth, they have a transmission on hold for me, I get to buy it on friday for 900 bucks(woohoo, my whole paycheck subtracted to zero in one day).
Then, I get to wait another two weeks until I have the cash to pay for labor.... Hopefully everything will go smoothly and I will have the cash.
It sucks making monthly payments on a huge beautiful chunk of metal that sits in the driveway...

Hey thanks stylin...
its a 92 325is with a manual tranny...if you happen to know someone who is trustworthy that has a transmission for cheaper then 900 bucks...let me know. There are people offering me used ones for 600, but I just dont know them and I cant afford taking a chance on that...

at the moment I dont know of any for sale.. sorry. But $900 doesnt seem so bad for a tranny. Is it a rebuilt or used tranny? $600 for the used may not be a bad idea if u can find out how many miles are on it maybe.
