digital climate control unit blue temperature flickering

I have e36 318is 95 model coupe. I start the engine in morning ,I switch climate unit on and then I switch driving lights on.I then notice on digital climate control unit blue tempreture lights come on and stay on for few seconds and then start flickering very quickley.As engine warms up flickering slows down with pauses.Once engine reaches normal operating temperature flickering stops and blue lights go out but no blue light illumination at night or day.Otherwise everything else on control unit works fine.
I have changed blue capacitor ,re-soldered conection pins on board to fix other problem but did not fix blue temp flickering,Has anyone had this problem.
I would really appreciate your help.
