Must Do DIYs

What are the must do DIYs? i know there is a lot of them but lets here abouth the ones you wish you did when you got you bimmer:)

Well the ones ive done are, suspension, Cooling system, Diff swap, Clutch replacment, and soon to be doing the (motor swap)

You know ive never really even thought of doing that but its a good idea. Thanks Presto I think I will probably do that some time this week when i get some time.

Drill hole in clear corners and ziptie them so they don't fall out at 80mph on the freeway!

Probably $1000-$3000 to do all the stuff on that list your self, depending on parts you use. I definately have to agree with it, since my '95 325 has 140K on it and needs all that done.

I've done the shocks, struts, springs, shock mounts, and still need to do the bushings, control arms, and lots of other stuff.

I'd add to the list shift linkage bushings, ignition coils, wheel bearings.
