Balance needed?

One of my sister's tires had a bubble in it, so a replacement is on the way.

I was wondering if we would need to re-balance the new tire once it's mounted onto the wheel? It will be the same tire size and brand.

All of the wheels/tires have been put on the car for about a month (~1,000 miles).

Yes. in general, any time you mount a tire on a wheel you'll need to balance it. Even the same size/brand/style tires will have slight variations between each other and require different amounts and/or positions of the wheel weights.
