Its kind of a copper-y orange yellow.

I believe there was a color similar to that that BMW used on a few cars called Byzanz Orange. EXTREMELY rare. I personally dont like it much.

Imo scores high for distinctiveness, but low as hell for aesthetics.

Looks similar to it, but Byzanz was more of a darker rust color, more on the brownish side.

Oh, BTW. Cadillac has the new CTS in production with that color, or something similar, being an option.

that Volvo is ugly...that's just my position on this.

And last night I've seen the ugliest Z3s with the booger green color paint job. One of those Acid colors...yuck

to tell you the truth guy, the volvo's color and the BMW color that you showed us on Ebay don't look at all alike. Maybe the photo didn't do its justice or maybe my eyes are messin me up. Anywayz my friends friend has that color on his 98 Accord V6 and to tell you the truth I was wondering how it would look on a bmw... For a ricer car any honda, acura or maybe even toyota I guess it could work but I think for Bmws there all about being classy... I don't really know how to describe it hope this helps

Yea, the colors dont actually look that similar. But theyre both the only orangy shade available for both volvo and bmw (I believe)

my girlfriends brotherhas a dakota pick-up, in the same color as the volvo, it doesnt look good in person, it looks more copper than orange.

I really don't think it looks too bad. It reminds me of that orange color found on the new "hi-performance" version of the Mazda Protege. I recall seeing a CTS and Focus in this color too...

I saw an e46 M3 today in that exact color.

I kinda like it... but it really has to suit the lines of the car. It would look like dookie on any bimmer I can think of.
