O.K., had a couple of requests for this so I'll jump in a little early:

Had a set of the new Falken FK 452s installed about a week ago (approx. 300+ mi.) in the stock M3 set up (225/45-17 up front and 245/40-17 in back). Got them for $488.08 shipped from Edge Racing. I haven't had a chance to really push them hard yet but I can safely say it's a decent tire. Somewhere between a Kuhmo 712 and a Michelin SO3. If you're looking to Auto-X or track this tire you'll probably be dissapointed unless you're a beginner, but It's a great street tire and up to the challange of the M3.

Nice sidewall, firm but not stiff and gives progressively without folding like cheap lawn furniture. Same for the grip, gives progressively and makes a little noise to let you know it's coming. Easily controlled at the limit (haven't gone past it yet!) Grip gives a little sooner than I'd like but maybe that'll change as they wear in. I've also only pushed them as they were warming up, they may do a little better hot... maybe. No annoying noises but I've got a System U exhaust and ECIS intake on my car so I probably wouldn't hear them anyway.

Good price, 300 UTQG, decent handling = decent street tire.

I've got no complaints about this tire, but I'm not so impressed that I'll buy another set next time.

I got a pair mounted yesterday, size 275/35-18. I'll report on them around a week from now.

I've had SO3s and PS2s so I should be able to rate the 452 in comparison to those top two tires.
