Sometimes the adjusters do not fit together. I tried to install smiley projectors on my US spec projectors and it did not work. I had to heavily modify a set of mounts for regular headlights to make them fit. Wiring is the easy part, but since these are aftermarket, I wouldn't be surprised if they don't fit on the original brackets.

my son just bought a 90 525 and i don't see how those lights could be properly secured in the buckets(duct tape and bailing wire if you're good).thought about Hella's?i have H-1's for the high beams(huge difference)and i need 1 more H-4(low beam) to change the lows over.all you have to do on the high beams is install a 10 amp fuse in place of the 7.5.

In his case they sell plenty of aftermarket lights, so it shouldnt be as hard as to find lights for us, but if you already have a set just find that one more H4 light and be done with it. I used that rubber chassis glue on my lowbeams! They dont adjust so I had to shim them to get the right beam spread! Just hold tight, and in about two months I will have access to MAD parts because the Army is shipping my family back to Germany so I can send my dad shopping for me! Maybe I can swing some smiley projectors!

I don't know much about the car, I just tried to imitate the main idea with the motor, but eventually gave up due to lack of resources. It is getting picked up tomorrow by another shark victim who plans on trying it again. As far as the lights are concerned, neither car comes close to having a useable bracket, so either way you go you will have to bust the lights off of the bracket and adapt them to yours. If the brand is the same the beams will also be the same. Make sure to post pics with the halo's on when you are done! I have white LED's in the parking light position of my headlights, but I think some blue halo's would be way cooler!

yeah ill post soon as i get them in im going to buy them today so hopefully a week or two and i can have em in im may be posting for help on wirein just gotta see what the lights wiring looks like as appose to the existing but i imagine if i get contact relays an just run power to each from the battery i could make almost any combo of lightin i wanna wire them so first click on the switch turns on corners lights an halos, 2end driving an halos ,an with high beam projectors on with halos an high beams on with no halo. i think it will give it a nice facelift for night time crusing

you are correct.those in the blinker do hold the grills on.mine did the same thing(spinning).i had to dremel the nuts off,and that was no fun,but it worked!!!

i was fortunate that i had another set to put in.but where the head is spinning inside the housing,it is covered with some type of hard epoxy or something.remove that, take the old bolt out and put a hex bolt of the same length in there, you can epoxy back over it,but i doubt that you would notice it when the lens is on,plus if you ever have to take them off again you have something to grab on.i put nylon nuts back mine so i wont have the rusted nut problem again.hope this makes sense.
