E36 Convertible wheel sizes?

Hey there, I'm sorry if this has been covered but could I fit the wheels in the following link to a '96 e36 328i Convertible (that MAY have been lowered slightly at the back?) without rubbing issues? Also how do I find the offset size of my factory fitted standard 16" wheels?
