Quick Detailer that won't smudge on black paint??

I went out and bought the giant bottle of Meguiars Quik Detailer about a week ago, and used it a few times and was really pleased with the results. Then, I parked the car in direct sunlight right after using the QD one time and DAMN... you could see exactly where I had used the QD. There were little hazy, swirly smudge marks that were only visible in the direct sunlight... but its damn annoying none the less. Are there any other detailing sprays that won't do this on my cosmos finish? (I'm starting to understand what owning a black car is all about... yeesh) Thanks for the input:D

Pinnacle Crystal Mist. I use this on my black cars over Souveran. No streaks (make sure surface is cool, though...)

might sound funny... did you shake the bottle?
that might be why, the heavier particles settle to the bottem?
the cloth you used to buff it, wasnt clean?

Hmm, shake the bottle. I can't say that I did :(

I'm an idiot. I'll try this out tomorrow and if its still messin with me I'll be on the lookout for Pinnacle Crystal Mist. Can this stuff be bought at Pep Boys or similar stores?

Best as a QD over a carnauba wax topper...

Haven't had any problems w/ the Meguiar's on my cosmos car. Shake it and make sure towel is clean and rotate areas on towel used.

I have the same issues with Meguiar's QD on my Cosmos Coupe. It seems to be worse when the humidity is high.
