What are these wheels?

I am looking at this car, but for some reason I don't recognize the wheels. Are they stock on a '96? The guy says they are dusty, but they look like they might never have been shiny. Any ideas?

Looks like the stock fitment on the 95-96 318/325. OE part number should be on the wheel, probably 1093824. I have lots of them!
