Proper way to seat new brake pads?

I'm putting new rear pads on my car this weekend. After I put them on, what is the proper sequence/process for seating them properly?

drive around for 5 mins...and brake as you would normally brake.

do 10 stops from 40-50mph to 10mph moderately depressing the brake pedal harder for each stop.

Drive around for 5 mins to cool down the brake pads.

now do 5-6 stops from 60mph - 5mph with each stop being harder than the previous. You should engage the ABS for the last 3 stops.

Drive around for 5 more mins to cool downthe brake pads.
