Redrilling bolt pattern?

Anyone got experience with this? I'm looking to redrill 5x114.3 to 5x120. I would assume they would need to weld the holes and redrill correct? Who can do a quality job at this (preferably in SoCal)?

check the centerbore of the wheel also, because it might not be correct for your car also. I highly recommend a place called Russell's Machining in Gardena to do the work.......they use a CNC machine to do all of their "inserting" give them a call.....
