I get alot of comments about the kneebar, which looks very decieving in that picture. I'm 6' and it wasnt even close to my knees.
The carpet is not stock and I did remove the lower console.

I have a few Questions Mtriple...
1) Where did you get the rubber boot around the shifter?
2) After removing your door panels, what did you replace them with? Something ltw?
3) What are the oranges button/switch looking things where a headunit goes?
4) Can we get some pics of the rest of the interior? What I mean is pics of the est of the cage, and what it looks like with no rear seat, etc.
Nice E30, amazing!

You can buy a new dash, or a dash cover from BMP design/Bavauto (one of the two sells them) or you could get a CF dash:D

Thanks, it was a great project.
1) That's actually the stock rubber boot that you will find when you remove your console.
2) I never got around to doing the door panels. My plan was to get some CF sheets and make new panels.
3) The button on the left is the Ignition/Start switch(car does not require a key). Next few buttons control the headlights, parking lights, Spal fan, and the fire system.
4)These are all I have right now:

Did you do the CF parts yourself, such as the panel that holds the switches for lights etc? Also, is that rear strut bad custom? If not where did you purchase it.
Sorry for all the questions, just getting ideas for a track car.

Yes, the panel for the switches and the gauge where the OBC used to reside were custom made by myself. Nothing hard, just ordered some sheets of CF and cut them to fit.
The rear bar is part of the cage and is welded in to the rear towers.
