Anyone have the manual to the Peake Research code scanner handy and available to scan?

I've misplaced mine around here somewhere and could use a pdf or set of jpg's to print out.

If you have one and can scan it, my email is jsp98m3@apexcone.com. I'd appreciate it.

Jim, if anyone ever gets that for you, can you send it my way too at:

sleeping_sf@yahoo.com

Or better yet, host it up somewhere. The Peake Research tool comes in its own case but the manual can't fit inside it. I lost my manual too! Arrg. Thanks.

If I get a copy, I will say so here and put it on my website with a link. I'm amazed Peake Research doesn't post it.

I don't have a scanner anymore else I'd have already done it.

Just yesterday I was thinking of inputting it all into an Excel database and adding a bit of a front-end to make it queriable. The xls file could go online and would be usable by anyone with the typical explorer/office setup.

To make this easier if anyone can scan it with good a OCR proggie I'll take the output and massage it into Excel.

Damn fine timing I must say. I lost my manual about a year ago, but haven't thrown any codes until last week (wife's '99 528i).

Having it online would be extremely handy.

DAMN IT

why didn't I check this 8 hours ago when I was still at home!

I'll try and get it scanned some time this week and send it your way Jim. Send me a reminder email on wednesday or so if I haven't done it by then.

Wonder if it'll be beter than the scan...I'll find out thanks, I'll check it out! The problem with the scan is that they varied from 1.5mb to over 2.0mb on some...I'm not a scan wiz, but I do have an excellent scanner.

Can someone run the scan through an OCR prog and post the text output?

The quality is OK, as the camera used was a Kodak DC280 that I am borrowing on an "extended basis" from work. :D

There are a few blurry spots, but I think they are still readable. I'm hoping this will do for whoever needs it until somebody can scan and OCR the whole thing.
