Rubbing on inside of quarter panel

Ok so i have 235/40/18s on my car it never rubbed before but then i got an alignment and with 5 people in the car it rubs now or under extreme cornering. It rubs on the inside of the quarter panel not on the edge of the fender so i dont think rolling the fenders will help. Is there any way to "hammer" in the inside of the fender?

What were your before and after alignment specs? Perhaps your alignment was either incorrect or too aggressive.

Are the tires the right size for your car?
