Replacing rear bumper absorber?

Anyone know how to remove the rear bumper absorber? Im talking about 1 of the 2 supports that hold up the rear metal bumper? I see a couple bolts, but 2 of them look like they cant be removed.

It has been a while, but I believe the absorbers dismount from the unibody via the trunk with two bolts a piece.

Could be wrong...worth checking the Bentley manual.
